Review of Samsung N210 Plus 10.1-inch Netbook (Intel Atom N450 1.66GHz, 1GB, 250GB, WLAN, Webcam, Up to 10 hours battery life, Windows 7 boot) - White (Electronics) On the first machine I like. And 'well-made, solid feel and great keyboard and has a reasonable specification. (Although for the price that might have another crazy and be a full 2GB 50p - to make the RAM after all, so that would not cost much). The white version looks stylish enough cash to trim around the body, but it feels' a little heavier than I anticipated (although the range of what they said it was my fault).

So why only 3 stars?

First the hype. Look at the Samsung site and the armband that came with, and 10 hours of battery life expectations. OK I know that every producer to exaggerate but I was expecting maybe 8 hours ..forget. Between 4 and 5 hours is more realistic and not doing much with. Granted I changed the power settings in the world to find ways of 'good' set the screen Samsung battery to a low level you can not really see much (especially with ground glass screen) - but that even suspected I would get 10 hours even if left in sleep mode!

Second, the hype. Stickers on the car, the blurb on the site - Samsung Quick Launch. Well first off you do not want to use this abomination and after reboot you have to wait about 20 minutes to prepare a 'Quick Launch'.

One last thing, for those who think that Windows 7 boot crazy because you can not change the desktop background. Do not worry, you can! I spent 5 minutes on Google and found a tool to change (and only the background) on any image you want.

All in all, this is a netbook and I'm very very very very happy with my purchase.

Netbook looks nice, very nice on the outside with a tiled effect on the envelope. Like the hinges to secure the overall unity and feel very well built.
