I do not like the screen size smaller than 10-inch netbook, but wanted a light machine for portability.

The machine is us for two weeks and meet our expectations. Other reviews talked about freezing screens. This seems to happen from time to time, but I'm just out the application and open it again - with minimum disruption.

With Windows 7, automatically download drivers for most hardware at the website so that lack of optical drive is irrelevant - and in any case, the external drives are available for £ 30, if necessary .

The only real problem is the mouse pad - the scroll is difficult to see and then to use, but I connected USB mouse to one problem when using the Internet.

The battery lasts almost all day with the use of light and the car will be very easy to take when traveling.

All in all I recommend this machine the machine the second or third home for light use (web / email / word use light and Excel). What seems to be what it was designed.

I bought this laptop for my two and a half from the 8.9 "Eee PC assus.

I was a little 'more power while the portability of a netbook.

I decided I wanted a laptop with a larger screen I found the editing documents for any period of time to test your eyes. I also do not want to move to a full size 15 "laptop as I wanted to be able to take everywhere I went on my laptop.

I got the 11.6 "form a perfect compromise between laptop and netbook, if you need lapbook. Incrdibly And 'slim, lightweight and easily portable. Here I use the free Air Tech 11. 6-inch Super Slimline lightweight netbook sleeve with Carry Strap

The computer is much more power than my previous laptop, Intel Atom avoiding. This is basically using Intel I3 small that the power given me quite easily for editing documents, video and HD video playback through the HDMI cable.

I discovered that the battery is perfectly acceptable, easily enough to get a movie on big screen via HDMI. Even the power cord is small and light, so I take the cable during the trip with me.

It seems the strong build quality and the asthetics of the laptop is very nice. 'It is very thin and smart in red.
