I did some research online before buying and found a lot of people had problems with the Nero software supplied - so I did not install - so I think the proper functioning of the machine software. I run Office 2010 on it is no problem with multiple applications open at once. The big advantage is that it is so light compared to my old laptop and takes up much less space in my bag. He is very pleased - highly recommended.
The screen is good, I watched a few movies through the netbook and it fits the screen size is quite large and the picture quality is excellent.
The big down side for me the SIM card slot. I study the books of the first network to do my purchace and one of the bonus with the netbook was under the battery slot to accommodate a SIM card and connect to the network directly via the 3G SIM capability.
